WiredTree.com - My Review December 22, 2007

They provide an outstanding service, which I thought I’d never find, previous I was with a web host which would give me 8 hour replies for any support/billing requests I’d send in, with WiredTree they reduced that response time to 15-20 minutes. If I didn’t know what to do in a situation, they would always come to my rescue and I could rely on them as I knew that they would always reply to my questions/requests/help needs! I can for one can defiantly say they do provide a 100% uptime network, I have not received any downtime from them, according to myself monitoring my VPS and Hybrid server with external services providing me with the means to do checkups when I’m asleep.
I would recommend these guys, to my own family and anyone else that asked for reliable/quality web hosting. I’ve seen a lot of VPS providers put you on budget servers; however these guys go the full way of putting you on clovertowns and woodcrests *e.g. high-end servers* with huge amounts of resources, ensuring me that they will spend money on their clients and reliability also plays a major role in this, just in case someone tries to abuse what they give out. The thing with WiredTree is that they don’t just give you an answer to your question, they give you the answer with a lot of information attached to it, so you won’t have to keep asking how to do this and that, as they’ve given you the knowledge to do this and that and you can always rely on them.
I really do admire their company; it makes me want to grow on that same base-level as them, and however it’s more of a dream than anything; as they provide an awesome/outstanding service. – I have almost feel sorry for them, I have opened 29 tickets this month, which is 1 ticket per day (Let’s just say that), since I’ve been with them, all those support* tickets I can confirm (After going back and reading the time stamps) have been answered in under 20 minutes. (Around two tickets were around 19-20 mins) – However most of the tickets were replied to in either under 5 minutes, and some even 1 minute, or half a second) – I wouldn’t generally be talking about 1 minute response times, so I find this quite crazy that they have people monitoring their emails/tickets 24/7. I really appreciate this side of their service as I’m not left dead in the water if anything bad happens.
I would personally like to thank Joe Doss and Jake Harris; they have helped me with most of my tickets to the fullest extent along the one month that I’ve been with them. They haven’t just provided me with what I call an excellent service, but with a supreme excellent service from which compared to the other services I’ve tried and seen, are in no-way able to match it. They provide managed solutions, which gives you the ease and mobility of requesting and getting things done without spending time on doings things yourself, making myself able to respond to my own clients in a timely manner.

Price: 10/10 (With the service they provide, I cannot complain about price, but generally the price is well deserved on their part) A+
I would also like to thank the CEO, Zac, for providing such a heavenly and peaceful service, for the time that I have been with them, hopefully once I outgrow the VPS’s, I will further move on to a dedicated server package; from which I’ve seen they can give me a powerful and quality server for a nice price. I hope to grow alongside this company in future, this is just my month review, hopefully I’ll will about able to review them again in 5 months time, than another 6 months time to give you a year review and to tell you of their services.
So if you are in need of a VPS/SERVER, then these guys are the right people to pick, moreover the only people except LiquidWEB who I would recommend you to.
