Pc-Core April 28, 2008

I’m switching host to the above address, PC-Core, however at the moment, I’m NOT liking their service and at the moment, I’m feeling mistreated. - At the moment their billing/support desk is down, so I’m currently using their support by email. I’m currently waiting for my server to be delivered to me and ‘Cody Salter’ the owner of Pc-Core said that I would have my server delivered to me sometime today, and this was yesterday. Now I have read reviews saying they take a long time to setup servers, because they are a reseller of Burst.NET however I would have not expected for it to actually take this long. (Yeah, I assume a lot…)
So I’m stilling waiting on my server, I really wish they could give me a ‘real’ answer as of to when my server is going to be delivered to me as I just got an update from one of their staff saying that my server would take another 24 hours to be delivered to me. - For future reference I have a picture of this, however as their support desk is down, I will have to use a screenshot from my email address:

And in their order, I did NOT order a Windows Operating system, so I’m baffled as to why they are trying to install Windows on my dedicated server, when I clearly ordered Linux, WITH cPanel! - Which I believe runs on only Linux! - However a new version which is compatible with Windows isn’t out yet. (I believe) So I’m hugely disappointed in this and I wished I never signed up with Pc-core. - I’m very annoyed of this thus why I made this post.
No everyone is perfect!
Yes, I know the people over at PC-CORE are not perfect, however if they want to run a dedicated server hosting business they have to treat their customers nicely. I’m not saying they should worship their customers, I’m just saying that things SHOULD be better. - But what could I expect, their services were cheap, which is what literally lured me in. I should have done my research and because I didn’t I can only blame myself. I’m going to stay one month with PC-CORE, if this kind of atmosphere is persistent though if they actually do improve I will stay with them.
