Pagerank Update May 13, 2007

Just recently the pagerank update was initiated, by Google and new/old websites got new Pageranks from Google! “echo-unlimited.com” went from pagerank 1, to 2! (that’s great seeing as I hardly advertise this blog) However the thing that shocked me was that one of my domains got a Pagerank total of 4, which is this domain: http://armour.ws. I have not advertised the domain anywhere except on a frontpage of one of my other sites which is only a PR 3. I cannot see how this domain has reached pagerank 4; in light of this, I’m going to be developing the domain to be an armour website talking about different armours around the world such as tanks, or bullet proof vests. (I’ve invested quite a bit of time researching and getting books about specific armaments.
In this lovely pagerank update my vlexo.com web hosting site went from PR 0 to PR 2, in just around the time of 4 months of the website being up. I’ve done vigerous advertising for vlexo.com and it’s only reached PR2, which bugs me as I got a PR4 (for armour.ws) yet I did not advertise it at-all; or hardly. Further more with this pagerank update of armour.ws, I may be able to sell links as the pagerank is certainly valid; which again it has no reason to be valid. It hardly gets 2 visits per day, so I do not know where this pagerank is coming from.
